numbered lists facilitate the unease i feel discussing the topic of myself, thus:

1. i live in toronto, canada.

2. with: (1) one husband, (1) one 7 1/2 month-old baby girl, and (1) one 2 year-old dog.

3. i won’t admit this in polite company, and i’ll deny, deny, deny, but i love kraft processed “cheese” singles.

4. i am 5′1 1/2″ tall. on a good day.

5. i am beginning to feel a little like elton john, due to my forever increasing collection of sunglasses.

6. there are four pairs of sunglasses that are currently being lusted over.

7. i used to be able to down 14 shots of tequila and still walk a straight line. now, the mere mention of tequila makes me queasy.

8. i love abba. without irony.

9. i have lots of crafty ideas, but not one crafty bone in my body. my imagination is much more willing than my hands will ever be. i still have aspirations of making my own cosmetics. this makes me laugh at myself.

10. i collect change purses. odd, but true.

11. i wish i had straight hair. but, deep down, i know my curly hair represents a lot more than just ‘hair type’.

12. i am obsessed with liquid eyeliner. i have yet to find the most perfect pen liner. let me know if you have.

13. my style icon? edie monsoon. not sure if i mean that or not.

14. i stack on bangles, and bracelets and watches (oh, my!) every day. but, every night before bed, i curse this habit.

15. i can never have enough bangles, and bracelets, and watches, and necklaces,… oh my!

16. i am a very good judge of character. don’t try and fool me.

17. i am quick to melancholy, but anger takes a LONG time. should you see me angry, run, run, RUN!

18. in regard to #3, i also love slurpees. pepsi slurpees. i have horrible food habits. on occasion.

19. i am painfully shy. still, at almost 34. “shyness is nice, and shyness can stop you, from doing all the things in life you’d like to…” thanks for the tip, morrissey.

20. the first concert i attended was depeche mode, when i was 14. i’ve been carrying that trump card around for 20 years. yes, it is the small things…
